[Question] How do I get my Model Edits Working Again?

Hey there, my question is how do I get my model edits working again?
I have DLed the newest fix, put all files except the text document into my WoW folder, I lauch wow with the WOWME.exe, press F8 before logging in, log in, and nothing. My patch is named, patch-o.mpq. I have used Glitchy's model injector to create the patch that is a race edit that makes NE males into Human males and it doesn't work. Can anyone offer some assistance?

open 'wowme' and do this step

you have to capitalize the .mpq into .MPQ

Tried that, I typed in all those.mpqs and added my own to that list, I saved it, ran WOWME, nothing. Perhaps I should make the patch again.

BTW: DO you know why GLitchy's MES won't work on the XP it just says that its encountered an error and needs to send a report?

MES does work on XP, I use it too

So why does it continually not run? I double click it and it says it has encountered a problem and needs to close.

4 hours later.... Still can't get GLitchy's MES to work. COuld someone upload theres to rapidshare so i could DL that? Plz and ty
