I'm a newbie here, and I have to start off somewhere!

After searching around this excellent forum.. I still can't find this model change. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Be that the model change itself or a guide on how to do it myself. I can get as far as looking about in WinMPQ but I don't know what files to change, and for the life of me how to do the model edit itself.
