Tauren male to Blood elf female with helm bug fix

I'll give a quick explanation, let me know if you need more detail.

1) Extract the race.m2
2) Load the .m2 with the model resizer tool in Glitchy's MES
3) Enter the multiplyer (I used 1.35) and click shrink model
4) Load the .m2 with Glitchy's Animation Editor
5) Go to the run animation and lower the speed (I changed it to like 5.2 or something)
6) Delete the old .m2 from your custom patch
7) Import the new .m2 with the same treepath as the old one

Ok, thanks. But about the hair, boots and face fix.. You will need to change the blizzard mpqs, doesnt their program named "WARDEN" Search through the blizzard files if you have changed something? I really dont wanna get banned :P

And by the way.. its also a bit annoying that my character "the blood elf" is through half the mounts.. and the mounts move fast as i were a tauren.. can this be fixed?

DON'T CHANGE BLIZZARD FILES, IT CORRUPTS YOUR DATA.

I'm not quite sure which guide you are reading. For DBC edits your extract the DBC, modify it, and put it back into a new patch with my warcraft studio. As for going through models, you may be able to raise the model, or make a dbc edit for that.
