Use Glitchy's MES. Its an amazing program. There is a download for it in the Guides and Programs section.

Use the WDB editor for the armor and weapon changes.

Use the race to race tool to change your gender. Post back here if you need any more help.

Well to be completely honest I know about jack all when it comes to MPQ edits and all i normally just have a buddy of mine send me the mpq i use WowME which is pretty basic just type xxxxx.mpq and it works other than that im dumb as nails.

Just try using it. Its really user friendly and you can edit even if you know nothing about it. Also there are some really nice guides. Just follow the instructions that Glitchy provided, he did a nice job.
