[Mount Swap] Undead Epic to (Mini?) Spectral Tiger

Changes the Undead Epic Mount (All three colors) to a (mini?) Spectral Tiger. When swapping the models, the spectral tiger turned out not to be full-sized, all though I think it still looks pretty neat.

You can easily fix the size through dbc.
