Programmer Island (New and WAY more exciting)

So I posted a guide on how to get the programmer island. People complained about "I cant get there.. It doesnt work.. ect."

The time of The Burning Crusade draws ever more near, with it approaching I thought it was in everyones best interest to see parts of the game that reminded me of Alpha, when WoW 1st went live. I rememeber my first time there on a live server.. the excitement.. Its something i think everyone should check out. The Burning Crusade will take us to places we have never seen, explored, even imagined... Let us embark upon something now that in the near months will die as nothing more than a memory of WoW alpha.

To every negative comment about Blizzard, always rememeber you play and love their game. Without them, this site, this fun, and this world we experience would be non existent.

To everyone who succeeded in getting there on their own.. Many props..
I appreciate whole heartedly the effort from you (You know who you are)

lol it didnt work for me o.O i went onto the zepplin fr orgrimmar to grom gol, logged off put both the MPQ's in my data folders logged back on and it took me 2 grom gol

Any ideas of what i'm doing wrong o.O

This is a modification of the world terrain (GM island I guess, haven't tested but I recognize the filenames used ) and the custom zep. to reach it. It's not the real Programmer's instance, but an exact copy of it, easy to explore.

Remember that this can get you banned very fast (thx to the spread-o-leech of the zep-boat method, and the fact that blizzard now put a lot of efforts to prevent this)

So foar it seems to look like the GM Island's UC >org path, Ill jsut wait and see tho

/Sigh, the changes are to take you to Gm island.. go there like you normally would with the terrain file in place and explore.. It will look like gm island is in the center.. and programmer island is on the outsides of the water.. Have to use your brain to some extent:P


It works.. 100% I know for a fact since I made the change and am there atm...

If you dont believe me It doesnt matter too much honestly.. but I assure you that these files are 100% working.

Yha it kinda worked, It just stoped me at GM Island and did nothing more, I jumped off and still nothing
