and its not possible unless you do it yourself, extract whole art mpq change the model remake the mpq in an editor, clone the CRC and MD5 hashes and make sure the file size is the same.

You realize that those guides are for 3.3.5, which is completely different from 4.x... Look it up, not hard at all
