Rename the OPs file to Soundcache-3.mpq! The file itself is in Wow/Data/Cache folder. Make a backup of this file then apply the door removal patch > profit. Rep me plox ty.

Quick reminder for you guys:

This model edit still works.

1. Close WoW.
   
2. Go to your WoW Folder and find the "SoundCache-3.MPQ" located in Data\Cache\
3. Rename "SoundCache-3.MPQ" to something different, backing up the file is the best way to restore it if it bugs out one day.
4. Rename the MPQ downloaded here to "SoundCache-3.MPQ" and put it into Data\Cache\
5. Start WoW, log in.
