[3.3.3][Race-Swap] Blood elf to high elf (No need of any program at all)

High Elves (As a playable race!)

Put this file in your Data folder.

To play as a High Elf:
Hit the "Create character" button, then click on "Blood Elf".
Scoop through the Blood Elf faces until you reach a Blood Elf with blue eyes. Now it no longer is a Blood Elf, now this is a High Elf. (Ancient Blood Elves)
