Find a way to change items to creatures

I don't really know if this counts as a question, but can someone find away to change items to monsters, like an arrow or bullet to a raptor or something, or a sword to Rag? lol. If there is please post it here.

ya, but you would have to change all the arrows and bullets, so all bows and guns shoot watever it is you want
