Just done another mount swap: Horde Paladin Mount -> Headless Horseman Mount
which however is new in 2.4.2 (it has been there before but the old model wasn't a fully working mount it was the model of the mount the NPC uses so there were many animations missing in the old one)

here's an Ingame pic:



installation:
rename the "Horde pallie mount to HHM.MPQ" file to "patch-X" where X is a number between 3-9 (1 also works ) or a letter A-Z. Then put the file into your ...\World of Warcraft\Data\ folder and run your WoW with any Modeledit fix programme. for example: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...-live-ptr.html

no it isnt, firey warhorse is RED not BLACK.

I've just figured out that the mount is meant to be a flying mount... so the jump animation is a lil bit bugged =(

I'll try to make a flying one

Could you also do one that changes the warlock mount to this? I know that it has been done before but it uses the old, incomplete version.
