PvE guide to the Warlock "Destruction" in WoW Shadowlands 9.2.5

"Destruction" is a very flexible specialization of a warlock, which finds application in a variety of game situations. It allows you to deal explosive damage to one or more targets. "Destruction" is great for mastering raid bosses, as it takes less time to "disperse" than other warlock specializations. In "Destruction", you can exert strong pressure on priority targets and inflict damage to two opponents due to the Chaos mechanics. Like other warlocks, representatives of the "Destruction" specialization have access to the Demonic Gate raid cooldown, which allows allies to instantly move 40 m forward.

    1. The main changes of the Warlock Destruction in Shadowlands

In Shadowlands, the "Destruction" specialization has not changed much, except for a small adjustment of talents. In particular, the Soul Burn can now be applied once every 45 seconds, while simultaneously applying Sacrificial Fire to the target, and the Shower of Chaos now takes the place of the Grimoire of supreme power and is better scaled by the number of targets.

In Shadowlands, all warlock specializations have access to the following curses: The Curse of Tongue-tied, the Curse of Weakness, the Curse of Exhaustion. These effects improve the quality of life, but do not affect rotation.

And finally, the Demonic Circle became a basic ability, and the Howl of Terror became one of the talents.

    The viability in the current.

"Destruction" patch is well suited for any type of content. These warlocks have flexible abilities and powerful cooldowns. They are capable of inflicting almost the strongest damage on two targets in the game, as well as strong targeted damage on demand.

Despite the average results of the simulation, in the game warlocks with the specialization "Destruction" show themselves at their best thanks to additional resources from Chaos and Sacrificial Fire. That is why they are welcome participants in any raid.

In the dungeons, "Destruction" provides the warlock with the abilities to deal strong AoE damage and impressive damage to 2-3 targets, as well as valuable defensive effects.

In the Tomb of the Eternal, "Destruction" is considered the best specialization of warlocks. Complete bonuses not only increase outgoing damage by about 35%, but also noticeably refresh the usual style of play. These bonuses are so strong that talents and secondary characteristics have to be adjusted to them.

    2. Advantages and disadvantages.

    Advantages:

    - It does not take time to "accelerate"
    - Magnificent cooldowns
    - Heavy damage on demand
    - Effective damage on 2-3 targets
    - Flexible abilities

    Disadvantages:

    - Average damage without cooldowns
    - Mediocre talents
    - Low mobility

    3. Destro Lock's Talents in Shadowlands 9.2

    One Goal:

    Level 15: Eradication.
    Level 25: Inverse entropy.
Level 30: Fast running by default, change as needed
    Level 35: Cataclysm
Level 40: The Face of decay.
    Level 45: Roaring flames.
    Level 50: Black Soul: Instability.

    Multiple goals / AOE:

    Level 15: Spark discharge.
Level 25: Reverse Entropy or Burn of Darkness
Level 30: Fast running by default, change as needed
Level 35: The Underworld or Fire and Brimstone, if the targets will not stand in a Fire shower.
Level 40: The Face of decay.
Level 45: A Shower of Chaos.
    Level 50: Soul Mediator.

One goal, with bonuses from the kit:

    Level 15: Eradication.
    Level 25: Inverse entropy.
Level 30: Fast running by default, change as needed
    Level 35: Cataclysm
Level 40: The Face of decay.
Level 45: A Shower of Chaos.
    Level 50: Soul Mediator.

The best guides for the "Destruction" specialization.

Below are the ratings of the best conductors, divided by category.

    - Conduits of power: Fatal Extermination and Ashen Remains for one purpose, Treacherous Chaos for two purposes, Infernal stigma for three or more purposes. The Soul Eater serves as a good alternative for fights with 1-4 goals. Soul tribute has a good potential for fights with 2-3 targets, as well as fights in which additional targets constantly appear and die.

    - Guides of precision: Demonic inertia for fast movement and Impetuosity of Filth for situations in which pets often die.

    - Endurance Guides: The Devil's Bloodstone is the strongest guide for dungeons and raids. If there are several warlocks in the group, the effectiveness of the guide decreases. The unshakable barrier is suitable for mastering single content, as well as for battles with periodic flashes of damage.
