need help of how to create account registration on my website for my private server

I was wondering if anyone can give me tips or links or ANYTHING about how to create a ability for people to register a account on my website for my private server. either php setup or any kind idc as long as it works. so they can register a account they want then open my pserver and login with what they registered. thx in advance for the help =)

Im the one that made the server .. have everything ... a full non hamachi server and everything last thing i need is a way for ppl to register their accoutns on the server website, so after they reg they can jsut go and login on that registration
