and extract in your addons folder

(EDIT: The Fork of MDT has been renamed Dungeon tools. i guess they got in crap about it being called Manbaby? further proving that Manbaby is a Manbaby?)

Currently, it's more up-to-date even than Mythic Dungeon tools (their DB is a couple of days newer), Routes can be shared back to people still using Mythic, and the addon can be installed/maintained with third party addon managers (curseforge, wowup, etc)
