Guide To Farming Peddlefeet And Getting gold in the process .

Hello This is my first attempt to contribute (and get rid of leecher status )

As you may know from February 11 'till February 16 the Valentine event is in motion in wow.This is the only time when you can get
the elusive goblin named as Peddlefeet(non-combat-pet).He also happens to be one of the most difficult pets to obtain.This is because the item that summons him only drops this time of the year and it's drop rate is ~2% ( The item is Truesilver Shafted Arrow )

In the following lines I'll explain how you can farm for this vanity pet.

Peddlefeet is dropped by two items you can receive during the event : Gift Of Adoration and Pledge of Adoration ( the one you get depends on your level ).

To get one of them you must first see an innkeeper and buy a stack of love tokens for 10c and either cologne or perfume ( 1 silver ). Apply the cologne or perfume to yourself , if you use cologne , you'll want to speak with female guards and perfume for male guards.
Then you get one of these (depends on your IRL luck ).
Adoration
You'll receive your gift or pledge and gain the Adoration debuff(1 hour duration).Adoration is a debuff preventing you to get another gift or pledge for one hour ( used to be played but now its irl hour , so you can cycle trough alts more quickly).
The pledge / gift isn't Bop so you can mail it to anyone ( but some contents are BoP ).You can safely see whats inside then send the package to your alt/main .
Heartbreak
You wont receive a gift but you will receive a nice debuff that prevents you from getting Pledges/Gifts.Should you suffer from a heartbreak (and you almost surely will as you farm), you'll need another player to mend your broken heart. The player must use an unbestowed friendship bracelet which is a stackable item that drops in abundance in gifts/pledges throughout this event. If you're playing during peak hours, you'll rarely have trouble finding someone to mend your heart. Simply ask around in any populated area (such as near a mailbox or auction house). During off-peak hours, it may take a bit more time but be persistent and someone will eventually dispel your broken heart. Once your heart is mended, you can try for that gift/pledge of adoration again.

The actual Farming :
As stated above, gifts/pledges can only be obtained once each hour of played time and that's what makes farming for Peddlefeet a real challenge. But there is a way around this restriction. Since gifts/pledges are not soulbound, you don't have to farm them with your main. And a level 1 character has just as good a chance to get Peddlefeet as a level 70.
So what to do : Create as many alts as you can on your account , run them to the nearest innkeeper ( send 1 silver and 40 copper from your main ) then proceed and try your luck with the guards .

Even more profit :
You can get in your pledges/gifts either a lovely black dress or a romantic picnic basket.These depending on the time of the year can sell for noteworthy amounts.

Lil' Scam : The Picnic baskets are inside the pledges so you can advertise for selling them , get a customer , and send a useless pledge/gift for xGold , they will retrieve the item from the mail sending you the money , just delete the alt from which you advertised and profit. ( although this is a very risky scam). you can get away with small chit-chat with the buyer telling them the item loss is a bug related to the event and you will page a gm and ask them for help ( wait 1 hour max ) message him telling him blizz knows about the bug and they currently can't reimburse )

Actually sorry but it is not copy pasted , its a remake with the intention of making it simpler to understand while not boring the casual user.
I just posted it because the event is now and ppl might want to know beforehand of all the goodies and the method of farming .

the adoration debuff does not prevent you from getting another gift or pledge. My friends, my bro, and I all had a Horde Gift Package within an hour.
