Best Legacy Gold Farm In WoW 8.3
Basically :
1.farm stone lions in the old vale at the golden stair
2.use brewmaster (class trial works)
3.have mining, profit.
This farm has literally no comparison in terms of the huge diversity of mats you get (correct me if I'm wrong)
which means you'll always get something which is selling.

As I say in the video 3-4K raw gold, around 20-30K in the short-term, rising to around 50K per hour when/if you can actually sell the higher-end items.
These numbers are "probably" unattainable right now since this farm was way more popular than I thought it would be, on most realms you will find someone doing it already and the price of many of the mats has tanked.. Maybe come back to it in a few months-prices always settle down quickly.

tried it. got 3 mounts and about 100k gold from the ressources on just a couple of hours. But I am keeping all mats and mounts as of now till prices go back up - the mount is down to 15k on my realm lol

Worth pointing out the mount can be sent cross-realm so it might be a good idea to sell it on a server where supply is lower.

if you send it cross-realm, how do you transfer the gold back?

Purchase pets, tokens, pvp potions etc anything you can send cross-realm.

It is actually still the best way to farm ghost iron ore/trillium but yeah, no more drops. Got me over 300(!) patreons. And I was wondering if people
were even interested in legacy farms any more, almost didn't post it.

Anything that can net you loads of raw gold people will be interested in due to the removal of the longboi (it will still be on the BMAH) when shadowlands releases loads of people are looking for raw gold farms legacy stuff etc just to get their mount.

Yeah I got that impression. Though are people really going to use raw gold to buy the longboi? There is no public method which tops 10K gold per hour....so that's 500 hours of grinding for the dino. Twelve and a half full working weeks. And most people won't be even close to 10K per hour. I'd strongly recommend using something ah-related with raw gold as a supplement.

Sounds great, I will have a try, usually buy cheap wow gold frome sites like SseGold and G2G as supplement.

I concur. On other alts, I go to the bottom of the stairs where they come to a stop. They do aggro on hitting one so the monk is a preferred method.
Casual player of mmorpgs - I waste hours exlporing boring edges in near hermit style. Here for the ingenuity people find in ways to stretch the limits.

You got any spots where mobs like that spawn really quickly once killed or once certain camps killed using multiple monks?

I do, but the mobs drop nothing. They only give exp. It's a spot you can sit in and spam an aoe to level through the 90s. It's only decent solo, respawn doesn't improve if you team up, and there is a bug that if you kill off all the mobs too fast you have to wait for the regular spawn timer to repopulate. Since this is a thread on farming, I don't recommend it here.
