just go to the entrance to shadow labs and keep shooting the guys in the instance that are fighting the other guys :]

just open the big gate to shadow labs and walk in, ull see the guys fighting inside the portal

or you can use stand on the barrel near Dr Boom in neatherstorm and spam the range attack he has loads of health and he cannt attack you

Jepp, shooting at Dr.Boom is the best place to train your ranged attack skills. I dont see any reason to go anywhere else!
