Right now during the 14 year anniversary, you can easily get reputation with all tbc factions. At the same time there is timewalking.

In the mail you receive a gift, in which there is 200 timewarped badge. Thats 4 rep tokens per character.

If you can create a mag'har orc, and have a mage friend port you to Shatt, you can buy 4 rep tokens and send to your alt. Tedious but much better than doing the timewalking versions of the instances.

It works with creating new characters again and again.
