How to do the Backspace scam.(You cant be banned 100% sure)

Hello, today i will learn you about the Backspace scam, called Trade scam too.

First of all we can begin making ur character.

NOTE: Name should be like this!


Just call yourself anything like Naxxbank or something.

For Alliance, Gnome mage to look good .
For Horde, Whatever.

When you have made a charracter, go to Major cities.

Alliance: Have one charracter in Ironforge and one in Stormwind.
Horde: Have one charracter in Undercity, Orgrimmar and Thunder bluff.

Now let the fun begin.

The backspace scam is not really a scam, because the trader Accepts the trade. If you want to scam nice or worthy things you got to have some gold, like 300g.
Lets say your hanging out on your scam charracter in Ironforge and you see in Chat:
[General] Noob1 says: LOL i just saw a NightElf riding a Turtle!!!
[Trade] Noob2 says: WTS 20x Arcanite bars, CHEAP! /w me.

/w Noob2 and say you want the Bars for 120g!
Noob2 says: I`ll C.O.D you it. Because you are in IF im in SW.
/w Noob2 and say that you have a alt in SW and that u can log him and trade. Then quick send the money to the charracter in Stormwind and log in.

Thats situation 1.

Situation 2.

Lets say Noob2 has the Arcanite bars on AH for 120g and you want to trade.
/w Noob2 Hey, come and trade me now i have the 120g.
Noob2 says: Buy it off ah!
/w Noob2 and say that you lag too much so you cant open the AH and you ask hin to trade the Arcanite bars.
If he refuses, say that if you will pay 10g more if you trade him.

HOW you DO the scam.

Now Noob2 have traded you, BEFORE he puts the Arcanite bars in QUICK put the gold in and wait for him to get the Arcanite bars in to the trade window then lets say(The Arcanite bars cost 120g and then you put 120g to the gold window and take away 0 of 120g so it is 12g,when he put the arcanite bars in, just wait a sec or two then click BACKSPACE the button right over your ENTER key, then click trade fast as hell. The Seller will see this as a Trade lag hopefully and click trade fast too.

and Gm cant do ANYTHING with this, when the scammed people get GM ticket asnwer they answer like this: Good day, i`m sorry to inform you that we can`t do anything about this becouse we do not interfere with Trade situations sorry. Its his fault that he pussed Trade

Although the backspace scam does indeed not break Blizzards Terms, I have recieved a ban for it. Some GM's are...a**holes.
Do try at your own risk, but I wouldnt worry about getting banned. Just know that it happens, and dont be flaming him or I, or any other member of these forums if you do . You take the risk. :P

Ya same thing here but no warning's and one suspension for scamming . Would i get an auto ban if i did this and got caught?

Ya i have gotten banned for doing this before. I scammed a item and sent it to my bro and both of us got banned. I suggest that if you are doing this to not send the item in the mail or through trade, but instead put the item in the AH for 1 gold and have your friend there so that he can get the item at no risk to himself.

but I found another trick:
you look for people who have great gear and you start sending them:
(take a female char for success)

You: Hey!
He: Hello
You: where are you from?
He: XXXX
You: me too! what town?
He: YYYY
You: oh really? I live there my whole life already
He: Wow cool!
You: what's your address? I might live next to you lol
He: I live in ZZZZ street number 0
You: oh nice, well I gotta go now, bye!
He: Bye

*This is the part where you fly/drive to the town he lives, sneak into his house and kill him with a knife!
Note: you gotta make sure he is playing WoW at that moment AND his parents aren't home!

it works! I've done it a 1000 times and Blizzard didn't ban me yet! The only problem is that the police is behind me :<

tehbey, LOL! If you ask me, that's the best scam ever, you might get put into Prison, but who cares, it avoids a ban ^^
