Farm 18K worth of plans every 8 minutes, blackrock spire secret method

The rae mob Bannok Grimaxe drops the plans for the arcanite ripper which sell for an average of 18K gold on the ah.
He can be farmed very efficiently by using the command /tar bannok grimaxe at the entrence to the dungeon-if he's
up go kill him if not leave and reset instance.
The plans drop 8% of the time though I had much better results than that, he spawns 30-40% of the time.

Ot thats its not "Secret" at least on my server we have been using this farm since the instance was first changed. These recipes are lucky to sell for 2k on my server.

These things do vary a lot by server. I just go by the average price across all realms.

I'd never heard of this farm before personally, and couldn't find anything on it when googling. That said I'm sure someone figured it out. Btw Even at 2K it is pretty good gold per minute invested, the main issue is volume.
