    You should probably note that the average player CANNOT use these. The majority are server-side, and unless you run a private server, are impossible to change.

    how exactly do you Access these commands...let alone use them ^^

    The majority of these require the server console to use them... but some of the keyboard commands can just be used to get the desired effects... and again... some of the other commands can be executed with a /script command.
