How to do it. (KIND OF OBVIOUS!)
1. Normal exp ( .15) = A

2. Normal exp - A = 2.3 EXP

This is completely inaccurate. Nice try, though. The new EXP values are more like 18% less, and almost all of them, along with the percent changes, are listed here (Formulas:XP To Level - WoWWiki, the Warcraft wiki) under "New XP in 2.3".

I looked at the formula's on wowwikki and they are not correct. It says there would be a 15% decrease in experience need for level 20-60. I have done my own research and found it to be a little over 21% decrease right after the patch.

I also found out that there is actually a decrease in experience starting at level 11, not 20.
