Looking for Alliance Leveling Guide (Similar to Braxxis)

So basically, I heard some random guy released a leveling guide similar to Braxxis, for those who are unfamiliar to this guide, it's a guide only made up of Map Mod and a .lua file, its like Brian Kopps but all the notes on the MapMod says what to do, like this:



Obviously I could use brian kopps, but for some reason my PC doesn't like Adobe Reader that much, so I get a massive fps drop for just having it open with WoW (2gig RAM). If anyone knows where I can find this I'd be terribly greatful ;D
