Strategies for max honor gain

I am an avid pvper and currently i sit at rank 10. I am an enhancement shaman who finds himself fairing decently with anyone, other than teir 2 or AQ 40 decced out players.
I am wondering if anyone could offer me some strategies for maximun honor gain during the week.
Currently i have about 9 hours a day at my disposal for PVP. I would like to utilize this time to make the most honor gain.
Also i notice some people pulling as much as 1 million + honor per week. How do they accomplish this? I find myself struggling to pull in any more an 350k.

lol cause they bot, or sometimes have a 3 player thing where they pvp literally 24/7 with a cycle of 3 ppl, so they never stop pvp'ing, but with 9 hours a day just use timers wisely and alot to kill faster and deal mroe dmg for more honor

AV is also good cause its extremely long and gives a **** load of time to kill, also if u win and u do most of the things in av, it awards u a **** load of honor . thats my guide that i do

Most servers have a pvphonor channel. Ask some of the high ranks what the channel is. then jut hang out in there for awhile to get to know the players. Soon you will be able to run in the honor teams with them. the honor group is really a great thing if your trying to grind out honor. You can easily 100k more when you run with a group. Other than that just sit around in AV/AB. AB yields more honor only if you can 5base it. AV just blows nowadays but on holiday weekends it can yield easily 100-170k a day. It varies on play times. I used to play for 10hours and everyday i would come up with about 115k or somehting around there. It just depened on how the groups were going.

You cloud get a fixed team.. thats what we do on my server.. some grain 600k+ a day.. starting pvp 1pm ending 11pm - 1 am

If you're up for a little 'cheating' just go to AV and hide in a bunker, activate a anti afk bot, and you'll still get loads off honor if you win

Best i can offer is that you play every day with +16 hours of non-stop PvP and you should be at HWL/GM in about a month.

Well here is my advice complied from ranking two characters to rank 12 +.

1) Standing is key in the honor grind as it is not how well you do , it is about how well you do compared to other players.

2) Max out time in bgs/per hour when I pvp I almost never leave bgs , I get out and re queue if I need to re stock on posions etc I go to av.

3) For great honor = 90 silver this is more of a way to get a income once again its all about not farming gold out side of PvP

4) For honor make sure you Q up for AB and WSG do this by joining WSG chooseing first avaliable and AB just choose a random number. This way if its a team in WSG you can change your AB q to first avaliable and avoid getting 3 - 0'd in WSG.
