Extra Points of 1337speak
It should be noted that most "expert" l33t users use a combination of l33tspeak letters and regular letters.
An experienced user of l33t would say:

You can use the endings "zor" and "xor" on the end of words that would normally end in "er". For example: hacker would be hackzor or hackxor (for any word ending in "cker" you can also use the ending "xxor", for example: haxxor).
You can use the suffix "age" on the end of other words too. An example: 1337ness would become 1337age.
