Note:this spot might be different if you have not done the Dominance Offensive exalted lore chain in krasarang wilds.
This spot can be used to boost xp for leeching afk char or to farm cloth, harmony, boe drops & treasure pot grind.
As these are 90 level mobs you need a well geared character to do it.

General things: Potion of Luck is very recommended. I wouldn't try to farm if I don't have that buff.
There is a Mail box at 68,52 if you need it (Temple of the White Tiger). Try to empty all the bag slots you can before doing it anyway.
Don't loot every mob. Make use of AOE looting. kill big groups, then get loot from all of them in a single click.

Combat Rogues: I recommend Nightstalker, Combat Readiness, Leeching Poison, Burst of Speed, Prey on the weak, Shuriken Toss.
If you can handle groups of 5+ it makes the difference. You can pull them 24/7 with suriken toss, and cleave them with blade flurry.
Killing spree when you get a big group to instant kill them.
Make use of your cooldowns!! Evasion, Combat readiness, even SHIV (if you are using leeching poison) allow you to keep pulling as long as you want (and have free bag slots)
Mounted NPC do a lift up / knock back, I actually found it funny, didnt disturb me.

BTW, for glyphs I recommend Redirect, DEADLY MOMENTUM, and probably sprint (or Recuperate if you need that extra hp reg)
When first pulling, work out a 5cp slice and dice and Recuperate, so Deadly momentum can refresh them to full duration with each kill.

last but not least, minor glyph recommendation: Pick lock!

Tried to farm this spot for about an hour as a 540 ilvl arms warrior. The respawn time of the creeps is quite impressive although unpredictable. The method i used and found the most effective is aggroing the 6-7 mobs in and around the first house with mount and aoeing them down. Then the same thing for the second house. The knockups are not a big deal but i guess for a cast class they will be a bigger issue. The loot is pretty typical: many windwool cloths, many greenies, some greys, some treasures, few grays and few blues. I get about 70% of the loot from the Windward Isle farming spot but it's a decent spot. +rep

Yes it works. I tried this spot with my 563 ilvl Elemental Shaman. Here is the results;

What is good in this spot?

+ This spot is not crowded. I think none really farms this place.
+ They die pretty fast if you have decent SoO gear.

What is bad in this spot?

- Mobs are pushbacking your char to the air. So if you are caster, you prob. get interruptet all the time (luckily I had shaman and Spiritwalkers Grace)
- You need move a little since they respawn in two areas. (or you can stay in one spot, but I think they won't spawn that fast)

If you really want to farm this place. I suggest you have good gear, survivor abilities, healing, slow/root, fast reflexes.
Id say this spot is "decent" there are still couple of spots which are definitely more comfortable to grind than this. Have a nice farm.

i play a hunter, so the knockback stuff doesn't bother me, i just have issues with the AoE dmg. i've been farming a spot in Uldam that is nice for Embersilk, just looking for a spot in Pandara lands
