Here is a simple Lazybot profile for the Ancient Spirits spot mentioned by SignatODC. Honestly you might be better off with a key spammer considering their low HP. But maybe someone will find it useful.

Only problem is the 2x heroic bosses you have to kill, but any plate/pet class can solo them.

You only need to clear naz'jar, ulthok is skippable by hugging the outer wall and you do not need him to make ozumat unblock the enterance

Currently running a ToT edited profile that brings me roughly 1000 charms per hour. A side note to this is that 1 charm drops after killing 2-3 corruptions. Also, if there is a pack of 6 to 8 spawned, you won't get the half of it ( 3-4 ) but only the max of 2.....which means, killing a lot of them with an aoe is not the best idea. I know I rounded up 10+ of them, and still got only 2-3.

Go in, clear trash to the 1st boss.
You don't want to damage him too much, and you want him to go to the underground phase as much as possible.
When he's underground, it spawns "Rock Borer" which (for me, at least) have almost 100% chance of dropping Lovely Charm.
1st try: 3 underground phases, 42 charms.
Exit, reset, repeat, profit

This is only 210 an hour then, with instance reset? Also, does this still work at 90 or do you have to be lower level?

did two different normal Panda instances (Jade and Brewery) and 0 charms dropped! I got charms non instanced areas like Jade forest mobs (lvl 85 druid)

ToT normal and HC works like a charm we tried at HC (lvl90 mage + lvl85 druid) both got charms. Tried at normal too and when the lvl90 mage did AoE, we got 0 charms, but when the lvl85 druid did the AoE we both got charms!
