Making Money With FISHING MoP

This guide is based off NON-Pool Fishing and have seen a lot of profit in the last couple days. There is guides to the tillers dailys if you dont know how to do the 2nd part of this.

You will need 600 Fishing and a good Lore/Weather Beaten Fishing hat.

Area - Jade Forest - Inland

Fish in the Rivers and or pools if you want. You will obtain Jade Lungfish, Golden Carp, Redbelly Mandarin - Now these fish sell for a lot! but you can make more if you take these fish to Halfhill in Valley of the Four Winds.

Package the fish into Groceries, Turn the groceries in for Ironpaw Tokens. Use you Ironpaw Tokens to buy what ever is the best selling on your server. Profit.

This method has been working for all fish, not specific to Jade Lungfish, Golden Carp, Redbelly Mandarin Since you dont have to fight over mobs fish is easily farmable.

Non Pool Fishing - Skill 675 with fishing hat lore 144 Bag slots filled - 18 Sealed Crates - 2 gray items - 124 Stacks of fish

Sealed crates can contain Black Trillium Ore, White Trillium Ore, Ghost Iron Ore, Spirit Dust,Prismatic Scale,Exotic Leather Rest is vendor stuff.

I was planning on coming into here thinking "god damn, another fish, sell fish, get gold "guide".

I like the twist with the trading them in for tokens.

Remember, you can use the tokens to level your cooking for free this way because you can buy the rest of the mats with the tokens you get from turning in the groceries. Much easier than killing ~200 crocs to level 20 points.

For those that don't know you start the groceries quest(1 quest, the rest is a repeatable daily for tokens) at Nam Ironpaw <Stockmaster>

He has you run over to Merchant Cheng <Kitchen Storage Vendor> you buy the container, fill it and bring it back.

Requires level 85, can be used by both factions. Unsure 100%( I think you can though) if it is available straight away or have to do any of the other Tiller quests first.

For the "Filling the Pantry" repeatable you have to have done all the cooking specialization quests including the ones after them.

i was actually just doing this, but as i'm only 300 fishing i was fishing from pools, low pop server so i put them on the ah to gauge the price, seems to sell almost instantly at 300g per stack of any on my server. Could probably get 450 a stack maybe 550.

I've been doing this to level all the cooking specs pretty quickly, so once that ends this is exactly what I planned on doing

If you want to trade fish for tokens, i'd recommend to fish from any coast in world sea instead of rivers, lakes etc.
It's because in lakes most fish u'll catch will be Golden Carp, which exchanges by course 60\1 (all other fish 20\1), but from world sea u'll catch approx. equal amount of Golden Carps, Reef Octopuses and Giant Mantis Shrimps.
