So I know the 'create a new toon' method exists, but if that gets boring, you can do dailies.

I got a group of 5 guildies, and zipped through the tol barad dailies in 5 minutes.

So, doing the math:
5 toons x 6-8 quest(varies per day) x 60k XP per quest = anywhere from 1,800,000 to 2,400,000 XP.

That is with one set alone. This same method could be repeated in Firelands, Deepholm, Twilight Highlands, anywhere with dailies. But TB is most likely the easiest.

(Obviously the number of quests you can do depends on if you have TB or not)
