Change your Bnet Country of Residence

Okay guys so a few months ago i realised that you can change the country on your Battle.net account with a little help from Customer Support.I did a few with a partner but then got bored.I decided it's time i show everyone how is done.
Things you'll use:

• Skype
• Photoshop

1.First you open the Photoshop Document i attached (.psd) and then edit the template with the name on the account and some REAL address.I realised that the best way to do this is to print the final photo and then bend it to make it seem used.

2.You start with writing a ticket on the battle.net site(a german VPN or proxy is ideal,but they rarely check the ip).You have to give them some reasons you want to change the country.Two of the reasons we used were: "i moved from my home country with my family and i want to use the recruit a friend promotion" and the 2nd one is that "i wanted to pay with my ELV card(a direct debit payment method wich is available only in Germany/Netherland and Austria) and i wasnt able because the country was set to Bulgaria and the only way you could pay was with the country set to Germany."

You can see it's all about making up stories.

3.You then procced to attach the photo in the ticket.

4.You can leave the ticket as it is and wait a few days but there's a faster and safer way.You call Blizzard on their FREE skype number( +448000288246 ) and you go something like this:

"Hello there.I recently tried to recruit my friend and it said that my country was not eligible.I tried to change it to my current location but i found out that you can no longer change the country on your own.I also found some information that you can change the country if you can provide a bill or smth with the current location.I also made a ticket on your website but i wanted a faster answer"

The guy on the phone is gonna ask for your e-mail and then for your Secret Answer to prove identity.If you did everything all right he's gonna change the country on your battle net account.

Complications:
Sometimes they find that is a forged bill and ask for another one. In this case just mark the ticket as resolved, take the survey and reopen an identic ticket again(you will most probably get a positive response from another CS).
On the phone: If they find that you call from another country, or someone played yesterday on your acc, you should simply make up a small lie... like "well, its a friend of mine who played on my acc until now, and now i got a new pc and i want to play again wow" or "i am in holyday now in my country" etc.

We did this for over 100 account with a success rate over 99%(we only failed once, when we started cuz we didnt payed enough attention at spelling of a polish name, and on the phone was ... a polish guy =) ). We asked for 15E for every country change. If i helped you make some money or change the country on your account you can use the +rep function on me =). How are you editing the name and herr? I barely understand any german but what should i put where.

Herr - First name?

NAME - Last name?

no, you need to modify only "name" field. put your complete name there, without accents/strange letter. like for example if you name contains é just put e. like... Eduard Smith. herr stands for mister
