Request: Cataclysm day one

Hello im a regular visitor of this great site but this is my first time posting, if im in the wrong forum, my apologies.

Im here wondering if you guys have any tips or guide like a Cataclysm: "First To Do" list when server opens.

I will love to know where i need to train my skill to fly in Azeroth, where to go directly and go questing, stuff like that...

hope you guys got the idea.
