[Random Heroic] Drastically reduce the chance of getting a certain heroic

As you might know, the new 3.3 patch no longer makes you know what instance you will get assigned to when doing your "Daily heroic".

However, there is a way you can reduce the chance certain annoying instances (Oculus comes to mind) get selected for you.

    1. Do the heroic once (you can specific queue for this)
    2. Extend the instance lock every day
    3. Get selected only rarely for the instance

    Blue post:
Will the random heroic search have the option of excluding certain heroics (i.e. oculus?)
You do not have the option to exclude specific Heroic dungeons, however, if you've already run a specific Heroic dungeon that day, it is less likely to be randomly selected for you.

I hope this helps you get less annoyed with your daily heroic.

EDIT: It appears that this works with reactivating older lockouts from that instance, too. Thanks to Inol for this.

actually a good idea for all the ppl who leaves grp when occulos gets selected, instead of just sit tight and do it anyways (only had it as random ones, and tank said he didn't want to do it, and disband) could be nice for those to do like this

and you extend the lockout.... how?
cause if you have to stay up till 3am for it then imo this is kinda..... useless
also note that if thats the case then you cannot stop more then 1 instance

    In theory Yes.
I have farm Heroic randoms and the odds are not that simple.
HoL 5 times while no TOC and HoS. Even with extended ID, (still count as 1). I dun think it matter that much.

You can also reactivate an old lockout this way, rather than just extending an existing one. I haven't done Oculus in a few days, but it let me reactive the lockout on it, so as long as you've done one of the ones you hate sometime recently (presumably), this should allow you to reactivate the lock. Either way, wouldn't have known this without this post. Thanks!
