Making Money with Fiery Formula

Not sure if this has been posted before, I've searched and couldn't find it so I thought I'd post.

14.2% Chance to drop http://www.thottbot.com/i11207 (Fiery Weapon Formula)
This dungeon boss also drops blue items with this Formula-Therefore getting a blue item as well as the formula on some runs. Which can be disenchanted into Small Brilliant Shards selling anywhere from 4-6g on Auction House.

The Fiery Weapon Formula is very simple to get with anyone level 60+, it sells for average 25-60g on my server depending on the stock in Auction House.

Yep, as long your level 65 or higher you should have no problem with him.

He can be soloed at 60 by some, but at 70 I'd say he's very easily soloed.

Cant you get the fiery weapon enchant from quest in the badlands? am i right? or is that one bop or seomthing or am i just comepletly wrong. tell me i dont mind

Got mine from farming BRD. never heard of it being a quest reward though... you might be wrong.

Thats not the formula thats a quest lets you do a 1 time "fiery" enchant. Its actually a dot and is not nearly as good as the fiery enchant done by enchanters.

I made tons of money using this strategy pre tbc. Was easily solod by my rogue I was in half epic stuff nothing past mc just sap'd one of the adds and burned down the boss with adrenaline rush, blade fury, and evasion up. Id usually kill him loot and then vanish be around 40% hp.

Also be careful the 2 adds will run when low on hp and aggro more mobs then your screwed.

The quest reward in the Badlands is an item called Enchant: Fiery Blaze. It's an item like a sharpening stone, only it doesn't expire. It has no graphic and it's the worst thing you could EVER put onto a weapon...EVER. Here's why:

Fiery Enchant: Permanently enchant a melee weapon to often strike for 40 additional fire damage.

Enchant: Fiery Blaze: Enchants a weapon to have a 15% chance to inflict 9 to 13 Fire damage to all enemies within 3 yards. (I checked Wowhead.com because 3 yd proc didn't sound right to me. If you look up the spell it generates, you will see that the proc is actual 30 YARDS!)

What this boils down to is #1, fiery is more damage, and #2 Fiery Blaze is an AOE. The worst idea EVER conceived is to have an AOE proc as opposed to under your control. Imagine being DPS in an instance when this badboy goys off. Let alone tanking near mobs. Hell, even farming it is annoying.

Was soloing this on my hunter pre-TBC.

At this point, anyone that can solo him, SHOULD be in outlands, or gathering the money so you actually can go to outlands.
