Hunter pet Leveling

Hello everyone, as an 80 level hunter the worst thing I always have to do is to level my new pet. Thus, after testing and searching places by my own, forums or inet in general I concluded that the best place to level up my pet was Voltarus in Zul’Drak killing Blight Geists.

I will have to note here that the specific place has been already mentioned in mmowned as a place for gold making and fast XP but I believe that among the many that have already been mentioned this place would do the job best for a hunter to level a pet.

All you have to do is to go on the top of Voltarus you will find there Blight Geists in groups of 3. Killing a Geist will trigger an instant respawn of another. The mobs do quite low damage and I kill them with no downtime at all being on BM spec and Aspect of Viper.

P.S. Fortunately Blizzard on Patch 3.3 will make pets need half of the Experience they previously needed to level Up (5% down from 10%)
