How I got my Time-Lost Proto Drake

Hi all,
I have seen lot of "TLPD camping guides" and I won't provide additional info on that but I realised that collecting several sources you can "build" a very effective system to get the TLPD 100% (duration of camping is the only random variable).

I got my TLPD this morning at 4,25am when I woke up because of the "Package2" below described! I was camping at 30,65 in Storm Peaks. :dancing:

Package1: Wow minimized: at office and/or when you need to use PC to do something else
1) AFK Program that minimize Wow: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...ot-needed.html
2) Radar Dumper http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...continued.html
3) Make a Radar_raremobs.nlf text file with inside:
Vyragosa
Time-Lost Proto Drake
Time-Lost

4) Start Wow, Start dumper, load the .nlf file in the Dumper. Execute the AFK bot and press "F9" to minimize Wow. Work as usual and press "F10" if the Dumper finds something! Remember to keep the PC volume very high


Package2: Wow maximized i.e. Night camping at home
1) AFK Program without minimize http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...fk-script.html
2) Install NPCscan addon and Silverdragon. I found Silverdragon as more effective in waking me up during the night
4) Clear your Wow cache
5) Start Wow, Execute the AFK exe then in Wow press "CTRL+ALT+Z" (your char will make a jump).
6) Mount up and camp at 30,65. Remember to keep the PC volume very high but you can set the "Sound effect" volume low keeping the general volume at max
7) Restart Wow clearing the cache when you find Vyragosa otherwise the addons are much less effective (sometimes if you have mob cached it doesn't even sound)

Believe me, when you stay in Dalaran or ToC or Ulduar on the TLPD you receive 10000 whispers :P it's uber! :bow:

at weekends i camped it by going spot with flying mount and setting up anti-afk with my G15 keyboard i brought my bed near computer i set myself to sleep putting headphones on setting effect volume 0 because i couldnt sleep with mount arms flapping but keepd master volume maximum i totally did this 6 weekends and didint catch saw vyragosa couple time :/

btw my ears was bit hurt at morning but i think i have not so good quality headphones.

i killed the tlpd at the beginning of wotlk, 11:30am, EotM (engine of the maker) and because i was first on my server i received like 10000 /w x100 :P
