Easier way to get the [Higher Learning] achive!

I have noticed something the past 4-5 weeks for the [Higher Learning] achivement!
After every reset/shutdown on server, the books will spawn after it comes up!
Helped me with 5/8 og the books so far. So every wednesday after the server comes up again is a brilliant time to farm the books!

Not sure if this is common sense, but it was to me. I got the achievement in 2-3 days because of the server frequently going down after the wotlk release.

Alot of this stuff is reset when the server restarts. Rare mobs usually spawn when theres a reset, since they wouldve spawned during the server downtime, so they start instead when the server is up. I do not say that every single raremob spawns when a server is up but they usually do so depending on when they were killed.

Tbh m8 it is commonly know and was written in the Kirin tor guide on warcraftpets.com at the release of Lich king - Though might be info for some.

also if you do at least 10 arena matches during the week,when you log in every tuesday after maint. your arena points will be increased,im going to check again next week to see if its still working,until then i cannot 100% confirm this.

No need to wait on confirmation lol, this is widely known information and has been for some time. I did it on 3 different toons and it makes it LOADS easier if you get lucky on restart. Every book does respawn, but it can be all joke books, some joke books, or all actual Higher Learning Books. It's all random. But you HAVE TO BE FAST, because this is so common, there's always people on my server that click every book as soon as servers up. And as soon as they're clicked, they despawn in 3 minutes. So as long as your in Dalaran when server's back up, you should have enough time to check every spot. Good Luck~

EDIT: Also, this is NOT an exploit, and should be moved to the Guides Section. It is working as intended, but still a great tip.
