includes addons,audiobook,etc
Idid search function on mmowned and only found old back to 2007,so to be sure and have no flame about use seears,rep,etc

I just downloaded and virus scanned with Avast. no viruses.

It isnt the lastest however. The PDF refers to dishonor kills, lvl 40 mounts and "the 3 current avalible AHs in the world IF, Org, Gadgetzdan.
The PDF did only include a chapter for TBC.

There is a map called soundbook but it's empty.

This can be nice in some eyes but to me it's worthless.
