Better Casino Games

As I said in my other casino tips thread ( http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-gu...ps-unique.html ), one of the big problems with casinos right now are the fact that they're all the same. They're all generally the same scheme - roll higher than a 60, get double your money. Unfortunately, that's boring and very few people are likely to play, even if they like gambling.

People like to play GAMES that are fun beyond just their chance of gambling, so you really should try to provide a casino game that gives fun at a different level, either by offering a higher payout or by offering a better


SLOTS:
Player places a bet.
Dealer then does /random 7 three times.
If it lands on the same number each time, player wins a 35x payout.
Player has a 1 in 49 chance of winning for a 35x payout.
Advantage: Big payout attracts a lot of players. Very low chance of losing. Also very fast
Disadvantage: Player doesn't get to do his own rolls.


HIGH-LOW (aka LUCKY 9)
Player places a bet.
Both the dealer and the player do a /random 9.
If the player rolls higher than the dealer, he wins double.
If the dealer rolls higher than the player OR they tie, the player loses.
Advantage: Very easy and pretty different. Goes pretty quick.
Disadvantage: Odds aren't that great. Not that attractive of a game.


TWENTY-ONE:
Player places a bet
Dealer then does /random 11.
Player then does /random 11 twice.
Works just like blackjack (obviously the odds/spread are skewed a lot)
11s work as 11 or 1.
Player can then either hit or stay.
If you go above 21, you bust.
Dealer hits below 15 and continues to hit until he's higher than the player or busts.
Payout is 2x.
Advantage: Very fun and unique. Player has no idea that his odds of winning are pretty low (~30%) compared to traditional blackjack.
Disadvantage: Very slow. Lots of rolls for one round. Pretty complicated.


ROULETTE:
Player places a bet.
Player then declares a number between 1 and 38
Player then /random 38
If it lands on the number declared, they win a 35x payout.
Player has a 1 in 38 chance of winning for a 35x payout.
Advantage: Big payout attracts a lot of players. "Turn 50g into 1750" is a very popular slogan!
Disadvantage: Slow and can lead to big losses for you (only 1.085 payout).
