How to win more from casino the legal way

This form of scam is perfectly legal and will guarantee you will come out ahead if the casino doesn't rip you off first. This is considered illegal in all real casino but nothing against this in WOW.

First, look for casino that do not have max bid limit. Start with oh say, 50g. If you lose, double your next bid. Simple as that. because you're doubling the bid for each lose, when you do finally win you will get back more than what you lost.

Example:
50g, lose (50g total loss)
100g, lose (150g total loss)
200g, lose (300g total loss)
400g win double (net gain 50g, or triple win, net gain 450, quadruple win net gain 850)

The net gain will be very small, the size of your original bid but by doubling bid (more if you get triple or quad win), you will end up ahead on your win. Once you win, start back at your original small bid and repeat, eventually you'd have milked casino. Now you know why RL casino frowns on this practice. Anyone that does this are often thrown out of casinos! Because if everyone did this, casino would run dry in no time!

If the casino runner tries to get out of paying you the full winning amount, report to GM, the account will get suspended or banned for scam, and you may be able to get original amount back so you won't lose anything but time.

PS if you are running casino, put MAX BID LIMIT to avoid this. Most gamblers will be fine with max 100g or 200g bids. If you do not have bid limit and you notice someone's doubling the bid at each lose, tell them you got family emergency (be creative, don't use the old 'cat's on fire again') then /exit so the player won't have a chance to win and get back more than he loses.

Common sense, all casinos have a max bid, people sometimes lose as many as 8 rolls in a row, even tried this in Vegas a week ago playing roulette 1 in 12, 2 in 12, 3 in 12 increasing by 2x on loss till i won.. and eventually with the odds you will reach a dry streak and lose its inevitable.

This assumes you have infinite wealth. If you do not, there is statistically no benefit to doing this rather than randomly betting.

As BonutDot pointed out, this Method called *Martingale* has no profit on average. The high win chance is subsidized by ever-increasing potential loss.

In the Example of OP you win 50g 7 out of 8 times (750g total). And you lose 750g 1 out of 8 times (also 750g total).

Gambling isn't against tos. advertising it is. big difference.

I am assuming Blizzard needs to take the stance that it's against TOS as otherwise they would need to include gambling in the ratings information stuff. I am also assuming that as long as they aren't getting 3 million messages about it that if it happens unseen (aka not in trade chat) then they don't care about it.

Its called the Martingale system. did this in an online casino once, started with 20£ and played up to about 500£ before i lost everything in a dry streak, about 3 hours of carefully small betting. If you want to try make money on this i think you should find a casino with very low stakes allowed like 0.1 euro or less with an instant roll roulette and get a bot created to bet for you, and cut and restart if u get a dry streak, hour pay could end up pretty decent for a passive running thing

Virtually every decent book written on gambling (including two written by me) debunks this system which as others have pointed out is known as the martingale. Every year thousands of people "discover" this system for themselves, or variants such as the D'alembert, Fibonacci or Labouchere systems. All are equally valueless.

No betting system in a negative expectation game (a game where the odds are stacked against you) can be beaten by any system of manipulating bets. It is like trying to design a perpetual motion machine, there are fundamental mathematical laws that make it impossible.

The basic problem is that long losing streaks do occur. So what you are doing is picking up pennies in front of a steamroller. Eventually you will get flattened even with good luck.

I once lost 24 hands in a row playing online blackjack. The game was honest (I won a lot of money there overall). Have fun working out how much money you'd need to survive that playing with a martingale.
