Holy Paladin solo Onyxia guide

Welcome to the solo Onyxia guide (as Holy Paladin)

Before we start, at the bottom of this guide, you can find a movie of the whole fight as example (yes thats me).
PS: My english sucks but hey, like i care!

What buffs are needed.

It really depends how easy you want it to be, i can magine fine with my own buffs. The buffs differ at each phase. The only three buffs that youll need from the begin to the end are: Seel of Wisdom, Sacred Shield and Blessing of Kings. Sacred Shield is very important becouse this awesome spell, saves you a lot of mana for healing.


What spell do i use to damage her.

Only tree spells are needed for damage: Judgement of Wisdom, Consecration and Holy Shock.


How do i heal myself.

All that you need for healing (if you make sure you have Sacred Shield cast the whole fight) is your Flash of Ligth. Do not use your Holy Shock for healing, becouse you need to use Holy Shock for dmg only.


Any other things that can be usefull.

Keep your mana above 70% and if it drops below 70% use your Divine Plea / Arcane Torrent / Mana Potion. Mana is important here, if you can keep your mana up, youll be fine. Also STAY AWAY FROM THE EGGS AT ALL TIME!


Alright, now lets fight!!11!1!!11


PHASE 1:

Quite easy, tank & spank her at the north of the cave with your back against the wall.


PHASE 2:

This is the hardest part of all phase's, altough its not that hard. Change your aura to Fire Resistance Aura. At this part, Onyxia will fly up the sky and at some moments, adds will appear. Keep your eyes on Onyxia, you can melee/spell her from the ground, even tough shes in the air. Keep the damage up! When the adds appear, switch your aura to Retribution Aura untill the adds are dead. Once the adds are dead, switch back to Fire Resistance Aura. Do this everytime the adds show up. Ignore the adds, they die kinda fast becouse of your Retribution Aura and Consecration, just keep your damage on Onyxia. If your damage is to low, she will cast Deap Breath. At 80 this wont hurt that much, but keep dont lose your healt out of sight.


PHASE 3:

Back to tank and spank. Onyxia will come down again. Change your aura to Retribution Aura and kill the remaining adds. Do the same as you did at PHASE 1 untill she dies. She will fear sometimes but that only tickles.

If you can keep your mana and hp up, it will only take some time. Even hunter's can solo it with their pet as tank
