Running Your In-Game Casino [CANT GET BANNED]

So I decided to make a guide on how to help people new to the system. After reading this you'll soon be on your way to earning 3000g in 3 days just sitting there having some fun like my friend did.

I. The Game
The first step in your adventure is actually creating the game. You need to think up your own original system. You've probably seen by now someone yelling about '65-90 rolls = 2x, 91-100 = 3x'. That is the WORST way to do your casino ever. First of all, people will be turned away by the fact that you need a 65 or higher roll to win, which is not in their favor. The best way to do this is by making a 'dealer vs. better' system. For example, both roll, dealer keeps money if he wins, better gets 2x what he bet if he wins. Be original! That's what keeps people coming back for more.

II. Macros
You NEED macros to be able to hold a quick, functioning casino. The first macro you should ever make is one that advertises. You need to keep it short and sweet. Explain the game quickly with examples. WARNING: If you spam this macro too much (more than once in 30 secs) and you get reported for spam you will get in trouble if enough people do it. The second macro is a more detailed explaination for people who've actually come to play. At this point, they don't care if you spam 2 macros at once. Explain well how it works and for new people do a test run. After a while running your casino you will learn what macros you need to make your system faster

III. Prizes (Optional)
This can be as simple as going to the AH, buying some cheap junk, wrapping it, and just giving it out. You've got to decide WHO gets prizes too. Ex: First game win = prize. A prize makes people feel like they won more. This lures them into playing more games and earning you more money.

IV. Being Nice
My friend does this casino thing, and he's just too nice to people. Their first lose he lets them get out of it. There are some people that literally sit there for hours playing this game. One guy lost over TWO THOUSAND gold. Being nice is like giving prizes, the more they feel comfortable, the more they play.

V. Dealing With People
Just like interacting with anyone else in this game, there are going to be people with terrible grammar, refuse to listen, and other irritating things. You'll meet many of these people holding your casino. Use their unintelligence to your advantage! Be really nice to them in the beginning, maybe let them get out of losing once or twice. They'll play endless games and basically hand you their money.

VI. Dealing With Runners
If you've got a system where if they lose then they lose more than they bet, you'll experience people like this. Make sure that you actually take their bet before you play any game. Ex: They bet 5g and have to open up a trade and GIVE you 5g before any real game starts. This way if they run away you've got their money and they can't report you or do anything about it. Just ignore them and put them on a list of people who owe you money.

VII. Debters
People will probably run out of money if they bet high enough and play too much. If they can't pay you while they are playing, just make a notepad document, put their name in it and what they owe. These kinds of lists will help remind you of people who are trying to rip you off as well. I've seen people come up, lose, run away, come back a few minutes later. People like that should be ignored and if you really wanted you could report them (not the greatest idea). People will do many things to not lose money ... you need to deal with it cooly. Just keep track of who they are and ignore them so you don't have to deal with them again.

VII. Hiring Workers
These are your ingame friends, or maybe even random people who ask to work, that will cheer on high betters and tell people to keep betting. These are the people who set people up to failure. They can either be sitting in the crowd, cheering someone on, or next to the dealer, telling them to bet more. This is a great way to get people to go farther. Peer pressure can really make someone go farther than they wanted. I've seen people bet in hundreds because someone told them to, then they lost.

Some tips written by Betray:
To do this in a manner of not getting reported/in trouble I suggest you do as follows.

-Make a SINGLE trade chat macro, that you will hit never more than once every 3 minutes.
-Have the link to the Blue post (posted on first page) on file so if anyone asks for it you can link it for them.
-Be prompt about payment if you lose.
-BE VERY CLEAR ABOUT YOUR INDIVIDUAL CASINO RULES!

Great guide. Its a hit on the server I play on. I made 3 simple rules.
1. Don't talk about Casino club.
2. Do not f***ing talk about casino club.
3. Please don't advertise in trade chat.. only tell your friend to attend one night. If its your first night you have to bet atleast 50g.

Holy crapsticks. i will totally donate if someone can make a casino addon.
One that could; set up specific rolls/games, keep track of current bets with some kind of in-game notepad etc.
