1) Try to quest up to lvl 15..
2) If you have glider.. Then use it here..


15-17 farm the pigmens near crossroads, they drops mass linen cloth.

17-22 Farm the quillboars near Camp Turajo in barrens

22-26 farmers in Hillsbrad foothills

26-30 Nagas in Hillsbrad, low armor and life, many casters though

30-35 Every single "beast" in Arathi highlands(or STV)

35-37 Trolls south of hammerfall

37-39 Trolls in STV

39-44 all mobs in badlands

44-50 No more glider at this time .. Now u do Mara and ZF for fast EXP and better gear.

50-52 Mobs in Felwood

52-55 Zombies and other undead in western and easteren plague lands

55-60 Mobs in Winterspring and Easteren/Westeren Plague lands(Or BRD/ST/Shcolo)

Nice guide, these are good spots, but i find that questing if done right can be the best XP, but the spots may still be helpful if you are low on quests. Also instancing may be faster xp, unless you are a fast grinder, then it would be smarter to not instance unless you need the gear. I generally get about 18k unrested xp/hr in ZF, and around 30k xp/hr grinding, so it depends on you really
