Hello Everyone.
I know , have two post like this but this is a new one methode. ^^
Ok, Let's Go.

1º) Go to the Battleground Arathi Basin (AB)
2º) Go to the Lumber Mill (LM) in AB Battleground
3º) Fall From Lumber Mill (LM) to the Road Near Blacksmith (BS)
4º) Complete ! > Simple & Easy <

Go to the flag in LM, Turn your character to see BS and then presh jump to fall to the road near the river. You need 100% HP. Bye

Or you can just fly up on your flying mount and dismount in midair, it may be a process of trial and error for some, but that works.

Confirmed working best if you mount up and jump as if you were trying to land at the flag ON BS from the flag at LM need full hp :]
