If u find hard to get those achievements u can just ask a mage to conjure all kinds of food and water and eat/drink them up.. This is a good way to get the remaing items to complete the achievement..

Or just go to some inn, Silvermoon I did it at. Buy all their food. Should be around 40-50 kinds of them.
