How to Enable WoW Console and rebind console key

Why another console topic?

Many topics about the console, true they fulfill their task but still I miss
something to improve the console experience for non US people. This
should now work for everyone.

So what exactly is different?

I have included a simple addon, witch simply automatically binds F7 to the
console key, and expands the lines to 20 (instead of 10 lines). You can DL
the ZIP pack, witch you put in your WoW directory and use the WoW.bat
to launch WoW with the console enabled, or you can do it the manual way:

The manual way

Step 1) Make a shortcut to WoW.exe ending with -console

Step 2) Open Interface/Addons

Step 3) Make a new folder, name it "Console"

Step 4) Make 2 empty files, call them:

"Console.toc"
"Console.xml"

Step 5) Open "Console.toc" and copy/paste this (then save):

## Interface: 20003
## Title: Console
## Notes: Binds the console to F7
## Author: Rinor
## SavedVariables:
## OptionalDeps:
## Dependencies:
Console.xml

Step 6) Open "Console.xml" and copy/paste this (then save):

You are ready, use your shortcut (or WoW.bat if you just used my ZIP)
and the console is now usable by you (using the F7 button)!

Not much, but people wanna see it, but can't open it cause they are not using US keyboard settings, so this fixes the US ´ button problem. :P

Some people never read..

It binds F7 to the console key (works only if you also start the game with -console options in the shortcut).

I had the same problem with my non-US keyboard, but found that it is much easyer to just ALT+SHIFT into US-keyboard mode and press the paragraf key (the one under the 'esc' button)
