Alright, their was a stratagy posted here earlier (that i'm having trouble finding atm) that showed you how to increase the tab targeting range. Here's basicly what you do to do it:
1) Go to your WoW folder
2) Go into your WTF folder
3) Open the Config.wtf file
Now search for:
SET TargetNearestDistance and change what comes after it to a much higher variable (i have in 800).
Now you can use this for MANY advantages. One, for example, is in WSG.
Your flag got picked up, you need to know if it went GY, Ramp, or Tunnel. It's easy, spam your tab key. Unclick any target you may have, and look at the gy, then spam the tab key until you (if you do need to) reach the ramp. SOMEWHERE in between, you will find your flag carrier, at his location. Target him at GY? Tadah. Target him in tunnel, well you can't totally be sure if he's going tunnel, or going up top to go GY/Ramp, so you can try unclicking him, then looking down to get where the exit to your base WOULD be, and try only targeting the tunnel (looking down if you need to). Using this you can find out EXACTLY where your flag carrier is coming out.
Also, maybe you need a specific spawn to kill?
You can use /target macro, but you can also manage to use the tab key, just rapidly pushing it until you find your target. Should probably use the /target macro honestly, but it's a possibility :P
Also very helpful for deciding whether you should advance to kill the target or not. You're at BS, or mid, and theirs an enemy running along the side. Will he be able to kill you easilly? Will you be able to kill him easilly? Just tab, and make your decision, easy stuff, especially for the 10 seconds it takes to go make the change
Credit to forums.worldofwar.net for changing the tab distance, was having trouble finding the thread ^^
