Solo chest farming-Ramparts

-Guaranteed 5g from the chest, and 1 green

Ok First of this can be done by ALL CLASSES, for me lvl 67+ works (not sure of lvls under that)

Youre going to need WallhackFor this to work,

1)First enter Hellfire Ramparts, go up cliff to your right.



*Make sure not to go up to quickly or you will pull agro first group of guards


2)While hugging the wall, move to where the red circle is.



[Green Box]- Make sure the patrol is to that side of the area before you go to the spot
[Pink Arrow]-This is where the chest is (Make sure u can open it first!)


3) Now, Shoot the dog that is near the chest.Once you have shot the dog, quickly run and jump down the cliff to the starting of the instance.


*Again make sure the pat is far away



4) Wait at this area for 45 sec to a Min, A huge crow of mobs come running towards you. At this point quickly out of the instance.



5) Wait 5 seconds, and re enter the instance. Go back up the cliff and run over to the chest. (Make sure the pat is at the other end of the room) and there ya go, a chest for your taking.



*Make sure not to take to long or the mobs and pat will soon come back


This could probly be also done by walljumping but the wallhack makes it a hell of alot easyer.

this does work incredibly well, but after the 5th time i tried, i kept getting a message each time i tried to enter ramparts:

You have entered too many instances recently.

still, after about 5 minutes of work, i got 25g and a bunch of vendor fodder. great find! +rep, can i do that?

EDIT: Blizzard only allows a character to enter 5 instances per hour. 25g + 3-6g per item found in the chest = 40-55g per hour. still easy gold, regardless of limitations.
