[Guide] How to connect to hidden servergroup

Ok, so finally heres my guide to connect to a hidden servergroup


1. Make sure you have version 2.4.2

2. Open the realmlist file in your WoW-Folder and change it to:
set realmlist 12.129.236.109
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com

3. Start WoW and use the following Account Information:
Acc: Blizzard
PW: Blizzard

4. Log in and you should see four servers


edit: And YES the Account is Gm-Tagged

I was able to log on with the WOTLK F&F but I couldn't create a Death Knight or Login.

I got an error that my "Session has expired" after a little bit. But I had a program that changed my IP, so I think I'm safe. Deleted the account file in WTF too.

Shattrath seems to be German, I got a letter in the mail for the Collector's Edition in German from Master Handler Sylvester.

How do u know that this acc is GM tagged? I've created character and it don't have <GM> tag.

I don't think they are, GM commands didn't work for me (unless it's different from private servers...)

It is different.. :/
The only thing i know and that works for me is:
/console port player
/console worldport

Wow. This seems freaking epic (if it works), but this could get you IP banned. =P

Luckily, I have 3 computers at my house (two laptops, one desktop) so I might try it out.

Also, you use /console for GM commands on live servers.
