Solo farm Deathcharger's Reins at 70

The last boss of Undead Strath has a very small chance to drop a mount called Deathcharger's Reins (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=13335). Now with the level cap being 70, you can solo him over and over at 70 to get the mount. Not sure what classes can do this but I would think Druids, Shamans, Hunters, and Paladins could. Not sure about the other classes.

that makes no sense at all. bosses in instances in Azeroth do not get affected by anything, they will always be the same level.

the only instances where bosses/mobs do get harder are the heroic instances in outlands (when you set it to heroic mode ofcourse)

Incorrect, the only instances that scale outside of Outlands, are Naxx & AQ. I farm living strat solo on my shammy every so often for orbs.

I gotta disagree on that the mobs scale with the level. I've been farming lots of Strath, Scholo etc with my Warlock mate and they're as easy as if we were 10 60'ish,
We dont have any problems soloing anything in either instances, me being a shadowpriest and we're both Karazhan raiding with gear the same level.

hmm.. this movie does only show me a heavy geared pala whos solos baron ...
its a paladin.. and as known.. paladins have a hard core undead aoe spell too.. and i realy dont think that my shammy would have any chances on this boss.. even on lvl 70 :P.. because, shamans dont have any VERY nice aoe spells.. but if someone goes as a group, maby just two :P .. its some better chances ;P.. but anyway.. i would say that its a good idea ^^
