Outlands Fishing - Mr. Pinchy fishing guide

Mr. Pinchy's is a rare bind on pickup fishable item that grants you 3 wishes (charges) with a 48 hour cooldown. Level requirement is at least level 55.

Its descriptions says:
"Use: Speak with Mr. Pinchy and be granted a Wish! Maybe something good...maybe something bad....Mr. Pinchy does not know!"

There will be 5 random effects if you use this item:
1) A box with 5 super healing and super mana potions.
2) A summoned 70 non-elite minion that lasts for 10 minutes.
3) Gives a permanent non-combat pet "Magical Crawdad (box)"
4) A buff "Mr. Pinchy's Blessing" which gives you 1200 hp and persists through death and is considered a "flask" effect.
5) A level 70 mob will attack you. It has around 5k hp and 3k mana.

It is fishable on spots that requires at least 430 fishing and spots which requires a flying mount to access (maybe you can get summoned to these areas or you can try to wall jump--yet not tested or confirmed). Highland Mixed Schools pools have better drop rates.

The fishing spots are found in Terrokar Forest (confirmed so far, yet ive been hearing rumors that you can fish at lakes in Nagrand as well).. see map below:
